*NOTE: If our scheduled events are canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. natural disasters, inclement weather conditions/forecasts, state of emergencies, venue damage/destruction, venue safety, etc.) we will post event cancellation via Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Website) as well as the email address that you provided for the Virtual Ticket Link. As such, no refunds or future event transfers will be awarded. However, if we cancel the event, a refund will be awarded to you. Please allow us time to process and refund your payment within 30 business days from the time of the event's scheduled date. If you do not receive your refund after 30 business days, please contact us immediately so that we can look further into this for you to resolve the matter.
