PURPOSE
To provide personal, physical, social, spiritual and economic empowerment to at risk youth, young adults, single parents and families in economically deprived communities.
The Lenny & Millie Foundation (TLMF) was founded on the basic principles of family and its nurturing dynamics in our everyday lives that help shape and guide us. Through education and development, we provide and offer our youth, young adults, single parents and the community with personal, physical, social, spiritual and economic empowerment.
Programs range from Pre/Postnatal Education to After School Enrichment/Summer Enlightenment to Post-Secondary Education through mentorship and personal development towards growth and success. Pamela Edwards Founder President
Pamela Edwards is the founder of The Lenny and Millie Foundation, Inc (TLMF), which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit entity in Georgia. The establishment of the TLMF was inspired by the passing of her mom and grandson. She is passionate about ensuring that mothers who experienced the death of their child regardless of age receive a comfort package while they are grieving. Also, she wants to ensure that children of low-income families receive needed assistance with their educational goals.
QiAsia Edwards - Treasurer
QiAsia Edwards resides in Gainesville, GA with her husband and three children. She is passionate about ensuring that grieving mothers receive the comfort they need and the educational needs of children are met.
Vanessa Butts - Interim Secretary
Vanessa Butts resides in Miami, Florida. The daughter of Mildred and Aunt of Lennox. I am passionate about helping those in need whether it is a grieving mother or those who are in need of an educational enrichment. This inspires me because our mother was passionate about education and helping others. I believe in the saying that many can help one.
